The 5-Minute Office Setup Check That Could Change How You Work
Discover the desk positioning and workspace patterns that influence focus, clarity and leadership energy.
Your workspace quietly shapes how you think, decide and operate every day.
In this short guide, you’ll learn the first positioning principles I check when reviewing someone’s office — including the desk mistake I see most often in successful women’s workspaces.
Does your workspace feel like this?
Many high-performing women I work with tell me things like:
“I feel busy all the time but not truly productive.”
“My desk feels cluttered no matter how much I tidy.”
“I struggle to focus when I sit down to work.”
Often the issue isn’t discipline or strategy.
It’s the environment you’re working in every day.
Inside the guide you'll learn:
• The desk position that quietly blocks clarity and opportunity
• Why your back to the door affects focus and decision making
• The “command position” used in Feng Shui offices
• The first three things I check when reviewing someone’s workspace
This guide is designed to help you quickly review your own space and notice patterns you may not have seen before.
Why I created this guide
When I first started learning Feng Shui, my own desk setup was completely wrong.
It was wedged in a corner, my back faced the door, and paperwork surrounded me.
At the time my business felt stuck and stressful.
When I changed my desk position and addressed the environment I was working in, things shifted dramatically.
That experience changed how I look at workspaces forever.
Today I help women review their environments so their workspace supports how they want to think, lead and operate.
