Suzanne Butler
Strategic Feng Shui & BaZi Consultant for High-Performing Women
I work with high-performing women who have built successful lives — yet feel the friction of outgrowing their current environment.
My work is not about decoration, quick fixes, or surface-level energy shifts.
It is structured environmental recalibration designed to stabilise ambition, leadership, and growth.
When you’re operating at one level, but living in another

Your Environment Is Not Neutral
I spent eight years in the Defence Force — Air Force, then Navy — and left it injured, discharged, and facing a four-year fight for the compensation I was owed. Somewhere in those years I learned the lesson that now underpins everything I do: no one is coming to save you. Not the institution, not the system, not a mindset course.
What I also learned — slowly, through chronic illness, through rebuilding my life more than once — is that the environments we operate in are never neutral.
Your environment either stabilises you — or destabilises you.
When your space reflects outdated identity patterns, progress feels harder than it should.
When it aligns with who you are becoming, momentum stabilises.
Feng Shui is not magic.
It is structural.
It influences how you think, decide, rest, lead, and grow.

My Approach
I began studying Feng Shui in 2017 after recognising how profoundly environment shapes behaviour and results.
What began as personal study evolved into a structured consulting practice after witnessing measurable shifts in financial stability, business performance, relationships, and overall clarity — both in my own life and in the women I worked with.
Alongside Feng Shui, I trained in BaZi Chinese Astrology — because your environment is only half the data. The other half is the design you were born operating from.
Since then, I have supported business owners and leaders through strategic recalibration processes that create lasting stability, not temporary motivation.
There are no dramatic overhauls.
There is structure.
There is discernment.
There is considered change that compounds over time.

Why This Work Matters
High-performing women are often operating at a level their environment has not caught up with.
That misalignment creates subtle friction — exhaustion, financial inconsistency, relationship strain, scattered focus.
When your space begins supporting your leadership instead of draining it, everything steadies.
That is the work.
