Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Your accommodation, all meals, 2 hour spa treatments, all activities (except on free afternoon) and some other surprises. Not included are your airfares, visa fees on entry/exit from Indonesia, travel insurance and personal expenses

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING & WEAR
This is not a fashion parade, we want you to be comfortable. Standard holiday attire would be the dress of the day, but bring some comfortable shoes for walking, swimsuits, & suitable tops covering shoulders for any temple visits.

DO YOU HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN
Yes, different monthly plans available. There is a surcharge for any payment plans. The retreat must be paid for in full within 90 days prior to travel.

WHAT IF I CANT ATTEND
Due to the intricacy and personalisation of this retreat, places are non refundable, however they can be transferred to another party, no later than 6th February 2025 for a fee of $100

WILL THERE BE INTERNET ACCESS AT THE RETREAT
Yes, every room and the resort has WIFI available

I HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS – CAN THESE BE CATERED FOR
Food options will be available, but we cannot guarantee on-site options will fit all dietary needs. Attendees have the option to visit nearby restaurants during meal times if they so choose. The majority of food will be organic and locally sourced fare.

WILL I BE PHOTGRAPHED OR FILMED AT THE EVENT?
Yes, we will be taking photos and filming all through the event and this material may be used in the future for different marketing options. If you do not want to be filmed or photographed you must advise in writing prior to the event.

WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN A PARTICULAR ACTIVITY?
That is completely up to you to decide, however to get the most out of this event, we recommend you do participate where possible.

HOW DO I GET TO AND FROM THE VENUE?
Flight details need to be provided in order to organise your complimentary transfers to and from the retreat.

I WOULD LIKE TO STAY ON A COUPLE OF DAYS, CAN I EXTEND THE ACCOMMODATION?
Absolutely, just let us know if you want to stay on at this hotel and we can invoice accordingly

ARE THERE ANY PHYSICAL RESTRICTIONS?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the activities, getting in and out of vehicles, uneven ground and stairs, this retreat is not suitable for people with mobility issues, heart or lung concerns.
