Your host & facilitator
I've spent much of my career working alongside people building ambitious things. From major infrastructure and mining projects through to founders creating businesses from the ground up, I've seen what happens when vision is matched with disciplined execution — and what happens when it isn't.
The people I work with are rarely short of ideas. What they need is someone prepared to challenge their thinking before the market does. Someone who sees patterns they may have missed. Someone willing to ask difficult questions while remaining firmly beside them.
That is the role I bring to this immersion.
I'll facilitate conversations. Challenge assumptions. Create space for fresh thinking. And ensure every participant leaves with greater clarity, renewed momentum and stronger confidence in what comes next.
