An Introductory BaZi Workshop

Why Good Business
Relationships Go Bad

The Hidden Dynamics Behind Partnerships, Collaborations & Working Relationships

Before you sign the partnership agreement... understand the person.

Suzanne Butler, BaZi practitioner

Most people will spend weeks researching a phone deal or refrigerator.

They'll look at online reviews, get input from others, and debate their choice before making a final decision.

Yet when it comes to business partnerships, collaborations, coaching relationships, team members or clients, many people do little more than trust their gut and hope for the best.

Then they're left wondering:

"How did I not see this coming?"

Because here's the truth: most business relationships don't break down overnight. The warning signs are usually there from the beginning. We just don't know how to recognise them.

A Few Weeks Ago I Watched a Very Public Business Relationship Implode

From the outside it looked like another partnership gone wrong. One person appeared to be systematically destroying their own reputation. The other sat quietly while the chaos unfolded around them.

Like everyone else, I was fascinated. But instead of analysing the drama, I analysed the structure. I looked at both BaZi charts.

And suddenly the behaviour made sense.

Not because one person was good and the other was bad. Not because one person was right and the other was wrong. But because I could see two very different people operating from two very different natures.

Different motivations. Different ways of making decisions. Different ways of handling pressure. Different ways of communicating.

And once I saw that, the breakdown wasn't surprising at all.

That's What This Workshop Is About

Not fortune telling. Not prediction. Not judging people. And definitely not teaching complicated Chinese metaphysics.

This is an introduction to one of the most powerful frameworks I've ever used for understanding people.

Because every business is built on relationships. Every partnership. Every collaboration. Every coaching relationship. Every client relationship. Every team.

And when we don't understand the people involved, even the best opportunities can eventually fall apart.

What You'll Discover

  • 01The foundation of BaZi and why it has been used for centuries to understand human nature.
  • 02Your Day Master and what it reveals about how you naturally think, communicate and make decisions.
  • 03Why some people seem easy to work with while others create friction without even trying.
  • 04The hidden differences that often sit underneath conflict and misunderstanding.
  • 05Why two intelligent, capable people can experience the exact same situation completely differently.
  • 06How understanding someone's nature changes the way you lead, communicate and collaborate.
  • 07Real-world examples of how I've used BaZi to understand relationship and partnership dynamics.

Who This Is For

  • Business Owners
  • Consultants
  • Coaches
  • Practitioners
  • Leaders
  • Professionals

Anyone who has ever found themselves asking:

"Why does working with this person feel so difficult?"

"Why do we keep having the same conversation?"

"Why did this partnership go so wrong?"

"Why do they see things so differently from me?"

"Why did something that felt so aligned become so messy?"

What Makes This Different

Most personality assessments tell you what someone is like. BaZi helps explain why.

Why they make decisions the way they do. Why they respond differently under pressure. Why certain environments bring out the best in them. Why some people naturally create harmony together while others seem to trigger each other's blind spots.

And once you understand those dynamics, you stop taking things personally. You start seeing structure. And when you can see the structure, you make better decisions.

This Isn't About Learning BaZi

It's about learning to understand people differently.

Because the quality of your relationships determines the quality of your business. The quality of your collaborations. The quality of your leadership. And often, the quality of your life.

Come and discover why understanding people may be one of the most valuable skills you'll ever develop.

Because sometimes the problem isn't the strategy.

Sometimes it isn't the opportunity.

Sometimes it isn't even the relationship.

Sometimes it's simply that neither person truly understands the other.

And that's where everything starts to change.
